Here are two charts I threw together. The data is from ARMLS and covers residential transactions for the month of January (2001-08). Most of the numbers are from the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area and will include sales throughout Maricopa County. Hopefully this will give a general idea of the Central Phoenix Real Estate market.
